As we sell preloved items, all sales are final unless the item is faulty, damaged during shipping, or significantly not as described.

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with photos and a description of the issue.

Once your claim is reviewed, we may offer:
